Rental Opportunity

As a result of our recent floor expansion, Accounting North have 4 offices for rent within our business environment. The offices can be rented on flexible terms with no binding lease requirements, with weekly payments of $150 per office. Perfect for professionals wanting to lease out a small space in a friendly, vibrant office environment located directly across the road from the river at Cotton Tree. We provide: • office space, • use of the kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities • reception for customer meet and greet, • toilets and shower, • cleaning, • security services, and • power and rates. You provide: • office furniture, • signage, • other office facilities such as photocopier, fax etc, • office stationery and postage,and • telephone & internet and computer network – you would need to arrange your own    connection. As opposed to spending our advertising budget in the mass markets we prefer to assist our local communities and recognise that money is better spent supporting those who support us.
